RP Kevin from ESI onsite. Previous grading and demo of old home was completed under ESC14-00718. This permit is now finaled and grading for drainage & utilities is occuring.

BMPs include diversion channel for irrigation around set, irrigation point discharge pipe has a settlement pond for suspended sediment. The wire backed fence at west end of site is trenhed.

Currently design of site directs all sheet flow towards center of lot. Water truck is onsite to control fugitive dust as needed.

Approved. Note - site is to have multiple buildings and new parcels therefore there are multiple BLD and ESC permits.
