Work on roof and interior is occuring. Hillside silt fence perimeter is in good condition and no dirt has been stockpiled up against it so there is also a vegetative barrier. Trash is contained, no significant trackout from site.

No work or repairs to hillside with erosion on adajacent site. Stakes in the ground, so it is being looked at.

No new hillside erosion has occured on the adjacent lot and some of the ponded water has evaporated/infiltrated. There have been no actions taken to fix issue yet by developer or land owners. Will continue to monitor.

Observed hillside erosion/mud slide coming from the upper lots off Alto Via section from the lower section of Terra Nativa subdivision.

Inspection of the homesite found that the adajacent lot is a low point and runoff from the other adajacent lots and the homesite has collected there forming a large pond/puddle. It appears this water has infiltrated and then saturated the clay which has now caused a blowout 20-25 feet below the hill's edge.
The flow caused an erosion rill. Sediment discharged to the empty lot below.
Contacted PW hillside and drainage engineer to inspect. Recommended that berms be built in between each lot. Builder Matt Brown will try to divert flows and roughen the lot to create trenches and prevent concentration of water in one spot. I suggested that corrections wait until further guidance/information is gathered by PW.

Will reinspect and inform Terra Nativa developer of the situation.

After receiving warning, GC Matt Brown stopped work and installed perimeter silt fencing, posted permit, and is currently working on regrading the entrance to the lot to install a tracking pad.

No sediment or discharges leaving the site, discussed project with Matt. Approved to continue.
