Permit Posted on Fence at entrance. Contractor wants to attempt to use Recycled Asphalt for a construction road. I said thats fine, but if there are any tracking issues, they need to install a rock construction entrance, he agreed. Its approximately 1000ft from where they are disturbing earth and hauling till they hit gowen rd. Silt fence installed along the north section of the area.

I'll await to hear back from him and explain in person the City's Requirements. I disclosed to dozer operator and no grading or any other earth disturbing activities can occur before site prep approval. He agreed. He is currently installed the construction entrance
