Finishing site work at St. Al's Parkcenter Clinic. Onsite swales already draining paved parking lot areas. Stabilization on south side of building has been completed with decorative rock ground .cover.

ESC requirements to final:
- stabilize all disturbed areas used for parking or material storage.
- remove all temp BMPs. ie DI mat on Parkcenter.

No violations observed. Will continue to monitor until site final.

Perimeter wattles are installed. Site has construction fencing. No trackout or offsite discharges observed. Cement trucks are using concrete washout container (provided by Ecopan)

Site perimeter is in good condition and no offsite discharges occuring. Permit posted and BMPs installed.

The drainage system setup to drain the puddle at construction entrance and road to Riverside Elementary has been temporarily blocked to prevent the site from inundation (the two ponds are near full and street puddle is currently contained). Drain is blocked to allow the pond levels to drop according to RP Chris.

Verbal corrections given to RP Chris -

Corrections:
1. Monitor puddle on access road to make sure it does not breach the MS4 gutter and flow down Bown to the MS4 at Parkcenter.. Unclog drain as necessary.
2. Next week need to refresh/add more heavy duty rock on the construction entrance.

WIP on the Bown Crossing medical clinic. Site is surrounding by fencing and wattles. Runoff/muddy water at site entrance flows back into site via a culvert into a settling/infiltration pond. No offsite stormwater or non-stormwater discharges observed. Permit is posted on job trailer. Site has done a good job remaining in compliance. No violations or complaints received about the site to date.

Site grading, utility installation, and initial foundation work is in progress. Rock construction entrance and construction site fencing has limited trackout well.

No MS4 dewatering to occur at site as previously stated. Currently no dewatering observed, and if dewatering occurs it will be disharge on site into infiltration swale.

Permit posted, perimeter wattles containing sediment. Approved, no corrections at this time.

Inspected site map and site walk through with MIke from Andersen Construction. Permit is posted on job trailer, SWPPP binder inside trailer. BMPs include straw wattle to the east, north, and west and vegetated buffer zone to protect the existing on-site infiltration swale built during original parcel development. Drop inlet protection will be provided on the MS4 on Parkcenter. Eco-Pan washout will be provided when cement work begins.

Construction entrance with 2-4 angular rock and fabric lining are installed. Currently the wattles are not fully trenched in but initial site grading has added an earthen berm/ledge to trap sediment. Soil appears to be sandy in areas so should infiltrate well.

Note: Dewatering will occur at site with treatment via a portable settling tank (frac tank). Discharge will be into the MS4. Mike stated that ACHD has approved this.

Site is approved for construction.
