No discharges, trackout, or uncontained trash/materials. To final permit need to sweep parking lot and remove any remaining contruction equipment or materials. All 7 ESC permits for the individual units ESC14-00443 to -00449 were finaled 5/18

Bristle Grove sub inspection:
Utility work and rough grading at site appears to have commenced with out ESC or other permits. Checking with planning division to figure out if this was approved.
ESC BMPs are installed; no significant trackout and irrigation canal is protected with wattle and vegetated buffer.
Will check to see if correct process has been followed.
