Exterior of BSU Alumni buiding is complete. Some interior work and approvals are pending. BLD open.
Site is landscaped, parking lot and permanent storm water system (permeable pavers) are installed. No loose dirt, debris, or other construction materials remaining on site. No sediment filter bags remain. DI on Denver and University is still appears to have drainage issues. New DI on Belmnt has had temp BMP removed. No further ESC corrections or requests. ESC permit conditions satisfied.

BSU Alumni Center is in progress with steel structural beams being erected. The curbing and sidewalk has remained in tact and was improved in some areas making a structural sediment barrier. Sidewalk and gutter are free of loose sediment from site.
Site has chain link fencing and a designated construction entrance with tracking rock. No trackout. Permit sign posted at entrance.
Sprinklers being used on stockpiles around site to control fugitve dust.
No corrections, approved. Well managed site.

No grading or excavation has commenced for new alumni center. Old building already demolished and materials removed.
Only MS4 is on University and Denver and appearss to be clogged (full of water). May need to consider alternative sediment control.
No site prep requested, checking to see work hadn't already started without inpsection.
