New street curbing on Malad is complete and has been swept and cleaned. Access road to the subdivsion is paved and site utilities and drainage are also installed. Currently no activity, but the site has been left clean and dirt in central area is below grade of curbing so works to contain runoff and sediment.

No corrections needed, approved.

Check to see that Malad Street has been swept. Supposed to be cleaned Thursday evening.

Malad Street appears to have been cleaned. There is no gutter or stormdrain on this portion Malad so the combination of puddles, ongoing rain, and utility trench work occurong there is still some trackout/mud on the street.

Will request frequent sweeping until better stabilization and perimeter control occurs.

No other issues.

Trackout to Malad Street caused by utility contractors. No perimeter controls; construction entrance is small and is muddy - workers not using designated entrance.

Verbal CN issued to RP Jim to sweep up road and install BMPs along Malad to prevent trackout and mud.

Waiting to hear back when corrections will be made.
