Checkup on violations (Rescheduled)
Perimeter BMP's (Silt Fence) has been reinstalled on both North and South Boundaries. Some trackout occuring from subcontractors driving thru lots. I contacted Morgan via phone. He stated he has a sweeper sched. for tomorrow to hit internal roads twice a week. i disclosed he may need to bump that up to 3 times per week, and after each day, have an employee hand sweep 39th St. if trackout occures outside the boundaries of the project

BLD inspector Tony Young informed me about this site...foundation flooded and spilled out to roadway with mud & dirt...
Contractor already had a street sweeper onsite and syman co. installing straw waddles.
Correction 1: Reinstall perimeter Silt Fence Along Both North and South Sides of the Project.
Correction 2: Continue sweeping remainder sediment from ROW and Curbs.
"This occured from Saturdays 1.25" Rain Event that maxed out the adjacent canal's capacity, in which overflowed into the newly developiing subdivision". Not human caused. Will Recheck Tomorrow on status of cleanup and installation/maintenance of BMP's.
