Starbucks is complete and open for business. Site is stablized. 1 correction needed to final out permit:
Remove temp BMP per permit conditions (inlet bag on MS4 on Vista, south of Cassia)
Called RP Tony, he will have it removed and I said I would check back end of next week.
No other issues at site.

WIP on new Starbucks on Vista. Silt fence perimeter is in good condition. Vista Village stormdrains and MS4 on Cassia have sediment protection. Permit posted. Frame is up, work on interior is occuring. Will be done in less than a month.

Silt fence perimeter trenched in on Overland and Cassia Streets to protect sidewalks. Curbing surround remaining to sides to act as a barrier. Drop inlet filter bags installed at MS4 on street corner and also in the receiving Vista Village parking lot storm drain.
Permit clearly posted with contact detail. Approved to continue with construction.
