Curb work suspended due to freezing temperature and inability to pour concrete. Significant amount of loose sediment and sand has been left in roadway. No construction entrance provided. No activity at time of inspection. No discharge or polluted storm water flows.

Correction request to Biltmore Company request to sweep up roadway with sweeper when curbing is complete and to manual sweep in front of site prior to curb completion.
