Report received of stockpiling and general mess making in the sidewalk & gutter.

Site is currently being landscapers. Workers had piled dirt on sidewalk to build berm. Upon arrival berm was mostly complete and 3 workers were sweeping up the sidewalk and gutter.

No trackout or discharges occuring, drop inlet on Five Miles has sediment protection. Will check back to make sure site has been well as the landscaping is completed.

Significant Trackout from site onto 5 Mile Road. Called RP Lance and left VM describing Violations and for him to contact me back.
Corrections:
1.) Install Construction Entrance/Exit
2.) Sweep 5 Mile Road and Entry
3.) Install Drop Inlet Protection
4.) Post Permit onsite in visible area
Schedualed a BMP Violation inspection for tomorrow afternoon 12-17-14 to follow up to see if any effort has been performed to address violations

Site ready for excavation. New infill lots on flat terrain and no surface water on or adjacent to site. Once utility lines are installed, contractor will provide vehicle tracking pad for sub-contractors since there is no on-street parking on Fivemile.

Permit posted. BMPs will be sediment control for trackout and general housekeeping. Approved.
