Limits of distubance were expanded due to rerouting of rooftop storm drain to Windsong instead of Birdsong. Informed RP that they will need to re-grade the disturbed area and seed/plant natural vegetation for stabilization. He is aware and working with Public Works to meet requirements.

Correction:

Install wattle at base of disturbed area to prevent sediment migration down drainage.

Meeting conducted onsite with RP/GC. Site is situated in a topographical depression and receives some drainage from offsite. On the back there is an existing vegetated drainage channel. A fiber wattle has been trenched in to trap sediment.

Inlet protection needs to be replaced on corner of Birdsong and Windsong. Micheal will coordinate with JH to get those installed this week.

Permit posted. ESC plan onsite.

Excavation scheduled for Friday or Monday. Once initial fill is conducted a stabilized entrance will be provided.

Approved.
