Demolition was complete and site properly temporarily stabilized with tacifier. Project for site utilities for Popeyes and two other buildings has now started. See ESC15-00518

Broadway retail site has has had the 7 SFHs demolished and materials removed from site. The disturbed areas have been hydroseeded and permit/SWPPP box are still onsite. There is a stockpile stabilized at north end of site. Wattle is also installed along the north property border. Entire block fenced in and K2 sign up.

New Popeye's is proposed in this spot and will need to submit ESC plan amendments to show new BMPs required if wanting to work under this permit.

No issues at sitw -will keep open until new phases begin.

All homes to be demolished are surrounded by security fencing. The site is nearly flat, with sheet flow going north in direction of Boise River. Perimeter wattle has been trenched in at the north edge of site and DI on Broadway and Howe has filter protection. Permit posted on K2 sign. Requested that Jason inform K2 to have a water truck on site for dust suppresion during active demolishing.
