No trackout or prohibited discharges observed at Asheville Commons.

Correction to clean up trash and materials along South Slough has been completed. There is still some trash remaining and WIP on 4-plexes, so should be checked each weekend.

Parking lot swept, still some mud accumulations on the permeable pavement. RP Jeremy stated they will have to do maintenance during final phases of project to make operational.

No outstanding corrections at this time.

No trackout or discharges to Maple Grove or to the MS4. Several units at the front of Ashville Commons are complete and sod has been laid. Several apartments are occupied.

SWPPP sign and box are still posted, though there are no recent site inspections, possibly due to vertical construction only?

Lots of trash, boxes, building materials along South Slough. Even some ventilation tubing in ditch itself. Shows lack of housekeeping and inadequate waste management.

At the east end of parking/access area there is a lot of mud and other debris. The permeable pavement has mud and sediment all over it which will prevent proper drainaige.

Corrections to pick up trash and protect/clean newly installed stormwater infrastructure to Biltmore RP.

RP Pat Palmer onsite. All 4-plex units are underway and have individual trash containers. Lined concrete washout box has been utilized.

Over weekend the parking lot and access drive were swept and clean in response to Correction Request by Mike Jordan. Sweeping was thorough and no trackout or sediment runoff is occuring at site.

Correction:
- Need to pick up litter and consruction material wrappings that are trapped along north canal/ditch bank and make sure light weight trash is either covered or weighed down to prevent being blown by wind.

- movement & hauling from bobcat tractor is kicking up dust which at times is blowing to the north and affecting apartment complex. Requested that water suppression and slower operation speeds be implemented today. RP stated he will make correction. Will continue to monitor.

Sweep up curb on southern most Construction Entrance/Exit. Large Rocks, Dirt and Gravel in ACHD's ROW. Use only one Entrance/Exit to reduce chances of trackout/discharges from site.

site walk through at 9 AM with Jeremy Amar with Biltmore (developer)

Silt fence is installed along the north boundary of the site and should treat sheet flow from the site, which is 3+ acres with a slight slope in that direction. Excavator (Nampa Paving) will be hauing in dirt to raise elevatio up to 3 ft in some areas. Construction entrance rock on site and is in process of being installed. Irrigation district has prohibited silt fence along southern border, a construction fence will be installed to show limits of disturbance and keep machinery away from embankment.

Site has permission to pump water into water truck for compaction and dust control.

Install DI bag on MS4 approx. 50 yds N on Maple Grove.

Grubbing and grading has started at Ashville Commons. Previous discussions with Biltmore RP Jeremy cleared start of project due to initial BMPs (silt fence perimeter, construction entrance) already being installed. No trackout at site.
