No trackout out to Pine Tree or Shoup from the new projects on Grey Pine. Grey Pine is muddy and needs cleaning and more BMPs to keep dirt and sediment out of gutter and street.
Receiving DI filter bag is trapping most of the dirt before entry into private stormdrain and has remaining capacity, but the dirt should be removed before entering bag.
Correction request issued by to project supervisor Brian.

8 remaining individual homes on the interior of Pinetree Village will begin later this week as conditions allow. This area has been cleaned of previous uncontained debris and materials, with 2-3 truck loads remaining (in progress). Receiving drop inlet bag has been emptied and reinstalled. Permits are posted. Approved. This is the last phase of Pinetree Village subdivision project.
