8 remaining individual homes on the interior of Pinetree Village will begin later this week as conditions allow. This area has been cleaned of previous uncontained debris and materials, with 2-3 truck loads remaining (in progress). Receiving drop inlet bag has been emptied and reinstalled. Permits are posted. Approved. This is the last phase of Pinetree Village subdivision project. Stabilized staging and washout pit will be designated once it is know which parcels will begin first.
