Existing paved driveway will be used for staging area and contractor parking. Homesite is surround by boulders and existing native vegetation that will be undistubed. Currently will use vegetation as sediment control buffer but may require additional BMPs.

Will need to restrict unauthorized access off paved drive to back of house.

Ready for excavation. Permit posted.
