Harris Crossing (aka Lucky Harris 13) townhome complete and landscaped and surrounding areas cleaned and stabilized. Silt fence BMP on subdivision perimeter and DI bags to remain installed for future townhome construction.

Permits posted for 6 townhomes that are adjacent to each other. Current project in progress are using a lined washout and employees are parking on the road. Approved to begin since no sediment is leaving the overall subdivision and DIs have protection.

The streets within Lucky Harris 13 has lots of trackout from heavy vehicle unloading and no stabilized entrances in higher use areas.

Corrections:
1. Clean up loose sediment and dirt/ mud clods as conditions allow.
2. Designate staging area for landscaping materials and other sub developement work.
3. Train contractors to prevent trackout as much as possible.
