Yard is now landscaped and stabilized. Street and gutter in front of home was swept and cleaned to remove loose sediment.

Storm drain filter mat was removed (stormdrain appears to be pugged and DI is full of water - was plugged prior to construction activity). Notified ACHD about the issue and need for maintenance on that DI.

Home now occupied, all permits finaled. No further ESC inspections.
