Finally Home Again Subdivision (Legacy Development)

Meet Andy with Syman onsite for walk through inspection.

Silt fence perimeter on low end of site is installed properly and in correct locations. SIte is currenty about 2 acres of pasture that will grubbed and graded (no infill required) and utililities installed. Some trench along Smith will occur.

Site is ready for excavation but has two remaining installations:
1. Permit and SWPPP sign at entrance
2. Stabilized construction entrance in the area of mud about 50 yards in from Smith.

Minor trackout from equipment unloading to be cleaned later today.

Approved.
