Home construction complete and yard is landscaped and stabiized. Backyard is already fenced in. Final site cleaning ongoing and no sediment or stockpiles.

ESC permit conditions satisfied. Approved.

Permit is posted. Some infill material was brought into site and sand & loose sediment is on the road. RP/GC Larry from Alturas was on site and stated it would be cleaned up today. I provided my contact information and let him know about the site prep procedure. Approved to continue, will check back on clean up efforts.
