Backyard hillside has some erosion rills developing and sediment depositing in the preserved vegetation below grading. No runoff exiting site, but will need to be fixed and assessed for improvements once conditions improve.

Complaint regarding windblown trash on culdesac received at permit desk.

Verbal correction request to schedule trash removal and to cover/secure existing trash. Very windy day making situation worse.

GC was onsite making corrections and securing light weight trash. Pick up is scheduled and was not order today due to high winds blowing the fines in the bottom of the container upon emptying.

Will check back to inspect conditions...

Meeting onsite to discuss Bruno Built, Inc grading onto adjacent property and stockpiling. Met with owner, builder, Jason Taylor, Jim Willey and myself.
Bruno to remove dirt and rocks from nieghbors property or stop work order shall be issued. Jason Taylor to work with Bruno to get issues resolved soon. Will follow up
