Bldg G (7) - Type 1 (Elev 4, A-203): Multifamily 4-Plex project consisting of 14 two-story buildings on 3.79 acre site located at 826 N Maple Grove, just north of Emerald. 13 buildings (52 units) will be 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1 building (4 units) will be 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

Of the 13, 2 bedroom buildings, the two buildings located adjacent to Maple Grove have a different rear elevation and roof line and are designated as Building Type 3 while the other 2 bedroom buildings are Building Type 1. The 1 bedroom building is designated as Building Type 2.

Since all 14 buildings will be on the same parcel, they will all share the 826 N Maple Grove address. We propose to individually identify each building with a letter (A thru N) as shown on the site plan A-101. Within the plans, the buildings also have a number designation (1 thru 14) for plan referencing.
