Construction complete. Called Sterling to request they remove the DI bag installed now that the site is stabilized and cleaned. RP agreed and stated bags would be removed this week when crews return to site to turn on sprinkler system at house. No other corrections.

ESC permit posted, downstream MS4 DI at intersection with Burnside is protected with sediment sack. Wattle trenched and staked in below construction area of disturbance at toe of slope and edge of pavement.
