Elementary school parking lot reconfiguration, removal of existing asphalt, curbing and landscaping. Excavate abandoned septic tank. Will install new bus turnaround, parking spaces, and landscaping. No surface waters receive storm water from project area. No offsite discharge to MS4. BMPs to protect existing and new drainage facitilities, permiter sediment control (fiber wattles), stabilized entrance to prevent trackout, and responsibility to control fugitive dust. Vegetative and nonvegetative stabilization of disturbed area. Will need designated and leakproof concrete washout. SWPPP and ESC plan designed for contractor yet to be determined.
