WIP. No trackout or discharges from Holiday Inn Express site. Parking lot is paved and vertical construction is in progress.
No materials currently staged on open lot on Elder that was being used by site. Contractor told me a trucking company uses this lot and is the source of trackout. No significant trackout at time of inspection. Will continue to monitor....

Site is mostly stabilized minus the hotel building footprint. Vertical construction and framing are in progress.
Verbal correction to RP Bob to have street sweeper on Pasadena now that trenching and landscaping are complete. Significant amount of loose dirt in roadway and gutter.
Reqeusted that sweeping be conducted Thursday or Friday. Will check back early next week. See also ESC-00822.

WIP. Some minor trackout due to active curbing and road work. Sweep up will be after completion and paving. No fugitive dust observed or complaints received. No offsite discharges, uncontained trash, or loose sediment leaving site. Most of the distrubed area is surrounded by cement curbing. No corrections issued.

Site prep inspection conducted with site pre-grading/grubbing on ESC15-00822. No significant trackout or loose sediment leaving site at new Holiday Inn, but very few BMPs installed around site. It is flat with limited MS4 infrastructure surrounding area.
Need to install constrution entrance and some more significant perimeter controls. Will schedule meeting with RP Bob to discuss what controls are need. Permit information located in job trailer.
