1:30 conference with Hunter Homes RP to discuss ESC plan for DH#12 and Harris Crossing projects

Conference conducted,

Expectations discussed:
1. Regular sweeping of Hunter Homes projects. 1 x week on weekends
2. Trash containment must be provided to prevent wind blown litter
3. Lined concrete washouts
4. Check that mud is not on roadways during rain events; check for dirt accumulation at inlet filters downstream from HH projects and remove periodically
5. Provide employee training to prevent trackout
6. ESC division to always notify Austin via text for all corrections issued on inspection record.

Hunter Homes site in DH#12 are currently in compliance. Approved to start new projects.

Permit posted. DH #12 stormwater inlets have coir mat protection.

Corrections:

1. Provide lined washout pit (current pit does not have a lining, but is containing cement washout from streets/gutters)
2. Conduct meeting with sub-contractors to resist urge to drive on mud on adjacent lots. Trackout is beginning to accumulate. Parking should be on paved areas. Mud clods should be scraped at end of day work.

Approved to start but other new site preps will be failed without corrections.
