Re-iterated to RP-GC about BLD and ESC permit conditions to contain trash and debris. Site must be cleaned and all materials hauled away, swept up, and remaining waste in trash bins.

Stated to RP that site will be issued SWO on Monday August 3 if site is not cleaned and in compliance.

Townhome foundation in progress in Bella Vista. BMPs installed, no violations at site. RP/GC is on site. DIs protected. First phase of 7 homes has completed foundations. Cement washout used and liquid is drying. No spills.

Requested that trash container be on site once vertical construction begins. No corrections needed.

Bella Vista townhome project on Malad Street. 14 townhomes, 7 on each side of the newly developed square/block.

ESC permit issued for each BLD permit per townhome.

BMPs include permit signage, DI protection on subdivision storm drain and new inlet on Malad (west) of construction. Concrete washout pit has been excavated. RP Gary will line with visqueen on Wednesday. Concrete work will be Thursday or Friday.

The project will be phased - 7 homes on the east side will have their foundations started. Once in progress, the 7 other townhomes will have the foundations poured.

Discussed other BMPs that will be necessary including trash enclosures, trackout sweep up, stockpile control/placement, and having workers park on paved surfaces.

Approved to start to relocate misplaced sewer stub line. Subdivision ESC permit is ESC14-00892
