4th Attempt trying to get ahold of RP Bill via phone with no Response. Attempted to contact GC Todd Campbell with same result. Left VM stating is issue isn't cleaned up today by 3pm, I will issue a Stop Work Order on the site until corrections/violations are addressed. Will follow up at 3pm today

Dumping Solvents/Paint into un-lined washout near neighbors well

Attempted to contact RP Bill to disclose subcontractors dumping paints and solvents in a un-lined hole in the ground. There is also a black tar looking substance that has been dumped on the ground as well. Attempted 3 phone calls to Bill with no Response. Talked with a sub onsite and he stated he will shovel out the illicit discharges and place into the dumpster. Will follow up this afternoon with another inspection to verify the corrections have been made.
