New Del Taco drive-through restaurant located at 8687 W. Overland Rd. Boise, Idaho 83702. The proposed site is currently vacant and adjacent to a new Dutch Bros drive-through as well as a proposed Jimmy Johns drive-through restaurant.
The scope of the proposed Del Taco Restaurant includes continuation of the common access drives that currently exist on the Dutch Bros site to the East, a 3,040 gross square foot restaurant, with indoor and outdoor dining, an indoor playground, a drive-through lane and window, as well as 25 parking stalls, landscaping, and a trash enclosure for refuse, recycling, and used cooking grease.

RP James to remove wattles and final stockpile. Stated that once weather and ground conditions are better, an asphalt road will connect the Del Taco to the Sonci access road from Ardene.

Lots of joyriders doing cookies on the lot behind the new restaurants and Dutch Bros. Will work to contact owner to post No Trespassing signs.

BLD finaled with Del Taco open. No sediment leaving site, just need to clean materials. Bond issued for landscaping to be completed for zoning approval. Clean up by landscaper will be acceptable.

No fugitive dust at time of inspection, though superintendant stated an operation earlier during the day did creat dust.

I stated for any hauling, grading, and stockpile removal duties dust suppression water applications should be implemented.

WIP. Corrections made. Permit sign is now posted on perimeter fence. Met superintendant James ###-#### on site to discuss plans. Concrete work tomorrow will use plastic tub for leakproof washout.

Issued request that stockpile may require dust control or reconfiguration/removal if issues arise and also to notify employees to be mindful of dust when entering or leaving site.
