Interior TI work consist of demolition of existing improvements including walls doors, windows, ceilings window sills, mechanical, electrical, lighting. New interior work shall include new walls doors, windows, ceilings window sills, mechanical, electrical, lighting and
fire sprinkler system rework. Additionally the TI will include the infilling of two existing opening in the first and second floor atrium.
