- rock construction entrance to control trackout
- perimeter silt fence to control runoff and wind erosion along ground surface
- yellow permit sign to be posted with Zwick sing and CGP eNOI tracking #

- Water truck provided by Tuffy (excavation sub-contractor) Filling at company yard. Applying water to dump truck haul road route. No fugitve dust at time of inspection

RP & Tuffy will monitor trackout . Recommend using broom attachment on tractor rather than broom sweeping due to traffic.

- schedule site prepartaion inspection with on-site SWPPP inspector/RP Arn next week.

No trackout or discharges, no dust plumes crossing property lines.
