Commercial demolition of old warehouse on 9th Street. Listed enviromentally sensitive due to proximity to Boise River and MS4 drop inlets that drain to the river. Site will be prepared for construction of the Afton condominiums. SWPPP narrative submitted for entire project including demo and new vertical. Seperate ESC site plans submitted for demo phase. Project scheduled between July 1, 2015 - January 31, 2017. NOTE: dewatering is not anticipated, but dewatering plan will be required to submit if dewatering is necessary. Site BMP preparation inspection REQUIRED.

Correction request to improve entrance to prepare for forecasted precipitation.

Afton foundtion and vertical to begin in coming weeks. Site walk-through/prepartation requsted by Jason with Andersen.

Site walk through and SWPPP plan review. Entrance to site will be on 9th street (one way only) and exit onto River Street. Construction rock entrance will be installed and all DIs on River between 8th and 9th will have sediment bags (both sides of street).

Approved to not install perimeter controls along north property line as indicated on map. Sheet flow drainage is to the north and curbing is installed at the west end.

Project currently in process of testing soil and airborne lead levels to determine proper remediation. Once process is determined, Jason will have BMPs (including designated lined washout pit or container) installed and will schedule inspection.

Note - groundwater recently measure at 7-9 feet, per Jason footings go 4 ft so no dewatering is planned.

All DIs on River, 9th and 8th and onsite have inlet protection. Building demo will start Tuesday or Wednesday and water truck is already on site for use by AAI Site surrounded by chainlink fencing.

Site asphalt areas will be kept in place until the new construction begins later this year. Will inspect again after demo complete for stabilization/clean up.
