Next week when access road and parking lots behind the store fronts is completed, State Street shoulder shall be swept by street sweeper. Will need to move orange barrels.

Unapproved dirt and gravel ramp over gutter has been removed as requested. Recieving DIs on Saxton and State have inlet protection. Yellow permit sign is posted.

Trackout complaint and mention of lack of BMPs

DIs have sediment sack installed on both sides of Saxton at State Street. Construction entrance is not effectively preventing trackout.

Correction issued to remove compacted gravel & dirt access ramp and install stabilized rock entrance to access Radix job trailier. Road into site worked on by Knife River is scheduled to be paved first week of December, so will allow sweeping of significant trackout until then instead of installation of angular rock entrance . Once paved, Radix will install construction entrance off the new road.

Site perimeter along State Street is in process of being stabilized as well as road and stormwater improvements. See also ESC15-00893 and ESC15-00504 (main Kensington/North Pointe 22 acre disturbance permit)

Will reinspect next Tuesday.
