Silt fence around home is re-installed properly. Numerous wattle and rock check dam have been installed on the cut area where water is running down hill.

Need to install roof top gutters and drainage system to prevent future problems.

Deposited sediment and sand has been swept up. Some erosion on access road below driveway entrance has pre-existing erosion rills and lack of stormwater conveyance.

complaint from neighbor being flooded out from discharges from construction site

Large rainstorm overwhelmed both silt fences and straw waddles, discharging turbid water/sediment offsite down the road into a neighbors property.
Corrections:
1.) Repair and re-install all silt fence.
2.) Perform maintenance on all straw waddles.
3.) Rake out all rills and gullys
4.) Sweep up road.
Called RP Steve but he is out of town. Contacted Lisa (assistant) disclosing violations and she stated she will call Wood Bro's asap and have them up here today to begin maintenance. Will re-inspect tomorrow
