- unauthorized site entance from adjacent lot has been stopped and pit run driveway area installed.
- uncontained trash and materials were removed from site
- street, sidewalk, and gutter were swept. Street sweeper did work on the road.

Does not appear that gutter with cement spill and oil stained dirt were cleaned up. Grey water and sludge still in inlet. Multiple visits to site have resulted in failed inspections and issues.

RP did not address the spill as requested. Rained over weekend causing stormwater pollution. Street in front of homes by builder still have a lot of loose sedimet.

Special Investigation Fee assessed on ESC permit.

Cement sludge and dirt from site in gutter that has towards the storm drain. Cement truck dripped oil. Mud smells like oil.

Clean up is needed ASAP with re-inspection required Tuesday.

Site is still in process of backfill and cleanup operations each day. Conference to be held Thursday with RP-GC Clive to get site all BMPs for rest of project to be in compliance.

RP has not yet installed BMP for perimeter sediment control. Workers using adjacent lot as an entrance and destroying vegetation making mud.
