Complaint received regarding trackout and excessive mud on sidewalk.

Site has some minor trackout, mainly from boot traffic. Mud is very sticky in this area and also wet at the time, making conditions very difficult to keep clean.

RP stated job is swept and cleaned at end of each day, which is evident due to lack of large accumulations. Will re-inspect site next week to see if any further clean up or street sweeping should be required.

Follow up to ensure project is back in compliance and corrections have been made

Rebar and materials moved out of ROW as requested. Some rebar in gutter will be removed ASAP but is no longer obstructing vehicle or pedestrian traffic.

RP onsite, discuss further clean up of sidewalk as conditions allow, still needs some work. Roadway was swept and mud clods removed Friday PM.

Will continue to montior. Rear silt fence BMP and preserved vegetation in good condition.

Trackout Complaint

Significant amount of mud and debris covering sidewalk and curb. Rebar and other building materials in ACHD's ROW needs to removed also. WIll follow up this afternoon.
Corrections:
1.) Shovel and sweep mud off sidewalk and curb back onto lot.
