Street and gutter cleaned thoroughly with broom, shovel, and power wash with water contaiment. No discharge beyond alley border observed. Temp sediment check dams removed.

ESC permit conditions satisfied.

Project appears complete, temp BMPs installed will need removal and the streets swept as requested. No activity at site. No new trackout or violations. Will check back. Permit sign is posted visibly.

Complaint received about continued excessive trackout...

Both Sherman and 5th Street are dirty from work and appear to have broom swept. Requested that housekeeping improve, employees be trained and asked to limit trackout, and to have a street sweeper come once construciton is complete and to sweep Sherman between 5th and 6th streeet swept and 6th street between Ada and Sherman swept as a condition of the Site Final.

Significant amount of mud and dirt on street and sidewa observed at site during active construction.

This is after 2 warnings to keep clean were issued. Site Final inspection will be required with street sweeping required.

Will check conditions tomorrow to see if end of day cleaning/sweeping occured.
