Rain event and work on bank in front of house caused some sediment runoff from site.
RP shoveled mud and sweep dirt off of the sidewalk back to site.
Corrective action needed:
- clean out mud/sediment trapped at the sediment filter mat.
- change out filter mat

WIP. Driving by and observed a hoist being used by roofers leaking oil. Called RP Bryan, who stated he would go to site and stabilize/absorb spill with saw dust and see if leak on machinery can be stopped or parked under drip pan.
RP notified me that next a stockpile haul off operation will occur so there may be incidental trackout that will be swept as needed.

Follow up on corrections issued Friday
Corrections were made as requested:
1. Sidewalk and dirt ramp entrance in gutter was removed.
2. Sweeping performd around DI on Windsong
3. Driveway access has been prohibited and a wattle installed.
4. Loose trash and framing materials were picked up.
5. Section of wattle was installed for perimeter control where disturbed area abutts the sidewalk.

Multiple violations and lack of BMP issues at site. Corrective action required:
1. Install perimeter wattles along sidewalk per ESC plan. No vegetative buffer strip was left to contain sediment so need wattles or silt fence.
2. Pick up loose trash and debris
3. Re-sweep sidewalk, gutter, and
4. No construction entrance as indicated on ESC plan, block off entrance to vehicle and install sediment control. Remove mud and dirt on sidewalk from driveway.
5. Clean up dirt around storm drain and install new fiber sediment filter mat or filter bag.
Will check for corrections Monday afternoon. If corrections made, will need to escalate enforcement.

Permit Posted: lot heavily vegetated. Contractor plans on leaving a large vegetated perimeter as his BMP. Will monitor throughout construction, and if any discharges begin to occur, contractor is to install perimeter BMP's.
