Numerous violations and potential pollutants uncontained on site:

- no washout containment, piles and spills poured around in various areas and leaking into private storm drains installed for the site.
- litter, construction debris, sawdust, concrete, wall board dust all over parking lot and impermeable surfaces.
- dirt and sediment throughout parking lot. Ready to transport to MS4 on Ustick with no inlet bag
- stockpile stored on site has no perimeter controls and should be removed from site if it is not for use

Corrective actions needed ASAP

- clean up all litter and loose materials
- provide designated concrete washout that is lined and won't spill
- sweep up entrance way so that rain won;t carry dirt to Ustick
- remove all illicit concrete piles around site.
- sweep parking lot
- install sediment filter BMPs west of site on Ustick and on do service on all private inlets. Some are not even protected.
