Complaint of debris blocking sidewalk, including heavy equipment and porta-pot

Various building materials were observed blocking the entire west sidewalk infront of project, as well as a forklift parked on the sidewalk and porta-pot blocking traffic views. Talked to framer onsite, and also Gene Harding to remove all debris and equipment off sidewalk today. Its causing traffic hazzards. Gene stated him and Bill will get the materials moved back on the parcel. will follow back up tomorrow

Permit sign posted on temp power pole, flat lot with low runoff potential. Two SFHs adjacent to each other. No earthwork at time of inspection.

BMPs needed as project
- trackout controls/sweeping as needed
- trash container for BLD materials
- contain concrete washout
- make sure sub-contractor controls concrete cutting dust and slurry if applicable
- watch storm drain 1 block south at 32nd & Gavin, may require sediment bag
