Significant amount of building materials strung throughout westside of culdesac, curb and sidewalk blocking acess for public. 2 large trailers fully loaded left staged. Usued nails strung all about. Dirt pushed over sidewalk. Trash needs to be picked up and removed. Contacted RP Greg Hardy to disclose violations and begin removal and cleanup asap. Will follow up tomorrow morning to check status on cleanup

Significant amount of sedement has discharged from nearby drop inlet. Issue occured due to using the incorrect type of bmp for the drop inlet (they used weed barrier). This caused a lake to develop in culdesac, overflowing the sidewalk and eroded under jersey barrier, sidewalk and asphalt, all discharging onto hill road blocking bike lane and half of the west bound lane of Hill Road. Met Bill onsite.
SWO issued.
Corrections:
1.) Cleanup and sweep hill road.
2.) Install correct Drop Inlet protection (coconut mat is the only option available for particular inlet)
3.) Re-install Silt Fence (trench in silt fence)
PW and ACHD are also onsite inspecting the site and checking for life safety issues.

Silt fence not trenched in properly per specifications/construction detail.

RP stated excavation plan is leave vegetative buffer in tact around home excavation footprint.

Requested that perimeter BMP be re-installed properly. Some of silt fence installed up hill from construction is not necessary and may be remvoed. the two corners need work, I suggested installing wattles around the excavated disturbed area after initial hole is dug.

Inspection scheduled for 2 weeks to check BMPs
