- reinspection fee paid (one for adjacent sites) - wattles on Heritage repaired and street was swept and will be re-swept one more time - lined concrete washout provided - DI bags in Peppermil were emptied out and reinstalled. - 12036 has new trash container and was swept up -12010 was fine graded and will be landscaped

No clean up of sidewalk and repair of wattles on two CBH homes on Hiawatha. Storm event was on Friday May 6, over 10 days ago. Corrections requested on Monday May 9 and also to Trilogy Development RP for Peppermill.
Corrections: - sweep sidewalk and install wattles at 12010 Hiawatha - sweep sidewalk and repair wattles on Heritage Street - change out inlet bags on all storm drains in Peppermill sub. - more sweeping and clean up needs to occur in dirty intersections and gutters. - provide trash contaiment for this site and pick up windblown trash across street.
SWO issued for both homes. No inspections BLD or PLM until corrections have been completed
