No clean up of sidewalk and repair of wattles on two CBH homes on Hiawatha. Storm event was on Friday May 6, over 10 days ago. Corrections requested on Monday May 9 and also to Trilogy Development RP for Peppermill.

Corrections:
- sweep sidewalk and install wattles at 12010 Hiawatha
- sweep sidewalk and repair wattles on Heritage Street
- change out inlet bags on all storm drains in Peppermill sub.
- more sweeping and clean up needs to occur in dirty intersections and gutters.
- provide trash contaiment for this site and pick up windblown trash across street.

SWO issued for both homes. No inspections BLD or PLM until corrections have been completed
