Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work includes: removal of interior nonbearing wall, removal of select portion of exterior wall for new opening, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to create a storage area, a new 221 sq. ft. cooler, a new 122 sq. ft. freezer, new lighting fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
