No trackout from site. DI sediment bag installed at receiving inlet and has been maintained. No significant amounts of trash, debris or exposed building materials around site.

Corrections needed to come into compliance:
- remove untrenched and damaged sections of orange silt fence
- for the west sections that are still trenched in, reattach silt fenct to posts to secure until yard stabilization
- clean up pile of uncontained washout
- notified RP to discuss rear slope erosion above newly installed retaining wall at NE corner of home with the homeowner. Slope needs stabilization measures (ie ECB) No offisite issues from this

New home frame and building footprint are now complete. WIP on interior and yard and driveway not yet installed. Silt fence is damaged in some areas but has done well to keep sediment onsite. No erosion or sediment deposition observed below silt fence. Once gutters & downspouts are installed , SF shall be removed by landscape crew.

Downstream inlet on culdesac has sediment protection. Permit sign posted, trash container in good conditions. No significant trackout. No corrections requested at this time. Approved.
