The project involves primarily landscaping, parking lot, and road reconstruction along with the
demolition of existing landscape, asphalt, and concrete. Also, pressurized irrigation will be
installed during the road reconstruction and landscaping process. The lines will be trenched from
the street and continue to the back of the commercial parcel lot. Upon completion of installation
the trench will be backfilled and compacted. The street, sidewalk, curb and gutter will be patched
and repaired to preexisting conditions.
Construction is anticipated to begin June 22, 2016 and completed by August 15, 2016.
