Site rough grading has been completed, project inactive. No ground cover or stabilization but periodic dust suppression watering has occured. No wind blown or fugitve dust issues observed or reported. Permit sign and construction entrance installed. No trackout or uncontained waste materials.
Correction request -
- install check dams on the onsite shoulder borrow ditch to prevent culvert pipe from clogging

1 PM compliance inspection. Complaint of no sign or BMPs received on 9/8.
Permit sign is now posted and construction entrance is installed as requested. Site meeting to be conducted next week with RP MIke to discuss dust control. No dust blowing during light wind at time of inspection.
Possible solutions are :
- Install windscreen/privacy fence
- flatten tops of the stockpiles onsite
- daily application of water via water
There is a culvert that drains the roadside ditch. Will request some check dams leading up to culvert to prevent it from being clogged

Reviewed ESC permit conditions and posting requirements. In particular the requirement to make a practicable effort at fugitive dust control during active construction. It is evident a water truck has been on site.
Mike will post permit information this weekend and wil ensure water truck is available for work. He notified me this will be a slow moving project at the beginning.
