Applicant wishes to add a seasonal overhead open wood pergola trellis structure and wood deck to the area previously indicated on approved plans as an elevated paver patio with low stone screen walls. Deck & pergola structure would be located in the same area as previously proposed on the northwest corner of the property adjacent to the cafe seating area. The deck would be available only when fair weather permits or for private garden functions. Lanscaping is to remain the same which was previously approved.
