Preconstruction conference with Biltmore RP at site. Grading to begin within 2-3 weeks, permit not yet issued.

Will install heavy duty construction entrance on Owyhee @ SW corner of parcel. Fiber mat protection on two storm drains on Pasadena and 1 DI bag on Owyhee. Fugitive dust control and water truck must be onsite with designated driver. Okay to wait on perimeter controls after initial grading begins.

CGP filed, eNOI tracking # IDR1000B2. Post SWPPP info and Boise ESC permit sign.
