Concern from owner of home in progress about drainage issues.
Roof drains in subdivsion appear to be drain to french drains and not running off to surface. There is a slight slope but with grass/vegetation, I do not believe the home will receive extra stormwater from the home to the north. Checking with Hayden Homes on drainage situation.

Needs to post ESC permit sign. Spoke to RP. He noted that he has been posting signs when at framing stage. RP noted that new signs are not durable and only last a week when posted.
